There is a new product from Tanapro available: tanapro SOAP Client

tanapro SOAP Client is a generic XML webservice client with which you can consume XML based webservices.
It runs on Win32 Desktops, Pocket PCs (PPC 2003, Windows Mobile 5, Windows Mobile 6), Linux and systems with a Java VM.
